Google Drive পরিচিতি
Google Drive হলো Google-এর ক্লাউড স্টোরেজ। ব্যক্তিগত Gmail-এ ১৫ GB ফ্রি (Gmail + Drive + Photos মিলিয়ে)। ফাইল upload, folder তৈরি, share ও sync — সব ব্রাউজার বা Drive desktop app দিয়ে।
Upload ও Folder Organization
New → File upload / Folder upload অথবা drag-and-drop। Folder structure: Projects/2026/Reports — logical hierarchy রাখুন। Star important folders।

My Drive vs Shared Drive
My Drive: ব্যক্তিগত ফাইল। Shared drives (Team drives): প্রতিষ্ঠানের দলগত ফাইল — সদস্য চলে গেলেও ফাইল থাকে। Workspace-এ Shared Drive গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
Offline Access ও Sync
Google Drive for Desktop install করে PC-তে sync। Right-click → Available offline — ইন্টারনেট ছাড়া access। Mobile app-এও offline toggle।
"Anyone with the link" সাবধানে — sensitive ফাইলে specific people + Viewer/Editor নির্ধারণ করুন।
View · Comment · Edit — VCE permission level কম থেকে বেশি!
