Detailed Qualifications
1. Principal Officer / Senior Principal Officer — Financial Administration
- Graduate / Master's in Accounting, Finance or Management or similar subject / MBA from any reputed university
- Newly Qualified CA / Partly Qualified CAs will be an added advantage
- At least 4 years' experience in a reputed Bank / NBFI, with minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Sound knowledge on IASs and IFRSs, Banking Companies Act, VAT & Tax Laws and Bangladesh Bank regulations
- Proficient on Financial Statement preparation, BASEL reporting, ALM management, CAMELS rating
- Corporate Tax Planning experience and regulatory reporting
2. Senior Officer / Principal Officer — Anti-Money Laundering
- Master's / Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business discipline from any reputed university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AML activities of a Bank
- Must be familiar with basic AML issues (CDD, EDD, TDD, CTR, STR, SAR, Transaction Monitoring, Sanction Screening)
- Relevant certifications (CAMS, CDCS, CEAF) will be an added advantage
