- Step 2: ফরমটি স্বহস্তে পূরণ করুন।
- Step 3: নির্ধারিত পে-অর্ডার সংগ্রহ করুন।
- Step 4: সত্যায়িত সনদপত্র, ছবি, এনআইডি কপি সংযুক্ত করুন।
- Step 5: খামের উপর পদের নাম ও জেলার নাম লিখুন।
- Step 6: ৩০ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৬ এর মধ্যে ডাকযোগে পাঠান।
