Panel Advocate
- Retired District Judge (below 65 years) currently practicing law; for Dhaka area: 10 years experience in civil cases including 5 years in High Court; Bar-at-Law/LL.M or Doctorate in Law preferred. For other areas (Cumilla, Brahmanbaria, Chandpur, Feni, Noakhali, Lakshmipur): 10 years experience in civil/criminal cases. Preference for experience in cases for Energy and Mineral Resources Division, Petrobangla and its subsidiaries, company law, gas law, money suits, labour and administrative cases.
