Skilled Carpenter
- Minimum 8th grade pass; practical experience in shipbuilding carpentry; preference for trade training from technical institute.
Skilled Sailmaker
- Minimum 8th grade pass; practical experience in shipbuilding sailmaking; preference for trade training from technical institute.
Skilled Painter
- Minimum 8th grade pass; practical experience in shipbuilding painting; preference for trade training from technical institute.
Imam
- Kamil pass from Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board or Dawra-e-Hadith (Takmil Fil Hadith)/Ifta (Mufti) from Qawmi Madrasah Education Board; higher education in Hadith (Muhaddis).
