- Step 5: Upload recent color photo and signature as per instructions
- Step 6: Submit the form and download the Applicant's Copy
- Step 7: Send SMS to 16222 with 'TAX4 <space> User ID' to get PIN
- Step 8: Send second SMS 'TAX4 <space> YES <space> PIN' to 16222 to pay fee
