Qualifications & Eligibility
Zonal Manager
- Master's degree
- Min 10 yrs NGO/microfinance experience
- Min 2 yrs as Zonal Manager (15+ branches)
Branch Manager
- Master's degree
- Min 8 yrs microfinance experience
- Min 2 yrs branch management at national NGO
Branch Accountant
- Master's in Accounting/Finance/Management
- Min 2 yrs NGO accounting experience
- Valid motorcycle driving licence preferred
Officer
- Bachelor's degree (freshers eligible)
- Microfinance field experience preferred
- Willing to work in remote areas by bicycle/motorcycle
Peon-cum-Guard
- Minimum SSC pass
- Contractual post
- Relevant experience preferred
