About This Circular
Fisheries and Livestock Information Department (FLID — মৎস্য ও প্রাণিসম্পদ তথ্য দপ্তর), under the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, issued a recruitment circular on 27 July 2026 and published it on 29 July 2026 in the Daily Ittefaq and on flid.gov.bd. Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Qualification (by post)
- Assistant Painter: Graduate/Diploma in Fine Arts or Commercial Art (min 2nd class/CGPA)
- Agri Info Center Organizer: Diploma in Library Science or Farm Science
- Photographer: HSC (min 2nd class) + 2 years camera/film experience
- AV Unit Operator: HSC (min 2nd class) + 3 years AV equipment experience + valid driving license
- Office Assistant cum Typist: HSC pass + computer training; typing 20 wpm BN/EN
- Singer: SSC (min 2nd class) + Bachelor in Music (4-year, min 2nd class) with folk music
- Driver: JSC pass + valid light vehicle driving license
- Office Sohayok: SSC or equivalent pass
General Conditions
- Bangladeshi citizen; male and female both eligible
- Age 18–32 years as on 30 July 2026
- Freedom fighter quota: up to 32 + 5 = 37 years
- All districts eligible; freshers and experienced both may apply
- IT/computer operating experience required for several posts (as per circular)
- Original certificates must be shown at viva board
