About This Circular
Bangladesh Institute of Nuclear Agriculture (BINA — বাংলাদেশ পরমাণু কৃষি গবেষণা ইনস্টিটিউট), an autonomous research institute under the Ministry of Agriculture, published recruitment circulars on 3 August 2026 (Memo Nos. 165 & 166) on bina.gov.bd. Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Qualification (by post)
- Scientific Officer: 4-year BSc (min 2nd class/CGPA) or Masters in Agriculture, Agri Engineering, Agri Economics, EEE or Applied Physics; all exams min 2nd division
- Farm Manager: 4-year BSc in Agriculture (min 2nd class); no 3rd division at any level
- Asst. Director (Finance): BBA/BBS (4-year, min 2nd class) or Masters (1st class) in BBA, Accounting or Finance
- Asst. Director (Accounts & Finance): BBA/BBS (4-year, min 2nd class) or Masters (1st class) in BBA, Accounting or Finance
- Audit Officer: Commerce Honours (min 2nd class) or Masters (1st class) in any commerce subject
- Photographer: Graduate (Honours) or Diploma in Photography
- Upper Division Assistant: Graduate in any subject; basic computer proficiency required
- Draftsman: SSC (min 2nd class) + 2-year Draftsmanship trade course
- Data Entry Operator: HSC pass; typing 20 wpm Bangla & 20 wpm English
General Conditions
- Bangladeshi citizen; male and female both eligible
- Age 18–32 years as on 1 August 2026
- Freedom fighter quota: up to 32 + 5 = 37 years
- All districts eligible; freshers and experienced both may apply
- Separate fee required if applying to posts under both Memo 165 and 166
- Original certificates must be shown at viva board
